Having kinda the same but not as severe. I do energizing 10 minute yoga routines in the morning, try to vigorously jump around during the day and get my blood flowing (when no one's looking. Mostly.), try to deep breath when possible, get as much sleep as possible including naps. Mostly, be gentle with yourself and know it will pass. Take care!
